One of the few items of the 1989 UM BBall Championship that I've seen. Very nice

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
I was lucky enough to see and shoot Bill "Maverick" Golden's Little Red Wagon in the mid 60s at Neita Raceway in Cedar Falls Iowa. My father worked at the track and I got to see so many of the wheel standing legends like the LA Dart, The Backup Pickup, and the world famous Hemi Under Glass. When I wasn't selling drinks in the stands I was taking photos with my 620 box camera. I wish I could find more of these old negatives, sure brings back great memories.

Awesome. My father took some 8mm movies at Neita in the late 60's but they were lost in our move from Cedar Falls.
Mike McGlothlen replied:
Thanks Christopher, As a kid I had a great time at the raceway working and goofing around!

Great classic, Mike! I have pics from another wheelstander modeled after the 'Little Red Wagon'. I took them at 'The Rock' in N.C. at a Pinks all out event. Problem is, I cant seem to find the card or backup disc, and I lost the files on a crashed (and burn!) hard drive.
Mike McGlothlen replied:
I hope you find your files, would love to see your wheel standers, thanks!

Love it Mike! I've seen both this truck and the Hemi Under Glass perform at the tracks near me back in the day.
Mike McGlothlen replied:
Thanks Peter, I hope this image brought back some great memories for you too!
