I return to Boscobel in Garrison, NY, a number of times a year and always marvel at the beautiful scene that unfolds as you reach the back of the property of this restored estate. The view of Constitution Marsh at the edge of the Hudson in a particularly complicated section of the river is breath-taking. It looks different every time depending on the weather, clouds, season, and tides. This painting is of a particularly colorful Fall scene.
