These finely crafted silver bracelets at Anjuna Market were beautifully arranged on a stall of Tibetan jewellery. The stall was inside a large white tent with 20 or 30 other jewellery stalls, all carefully showing their wares in neat rows or elaborate displays. Inside the tent it was quiet and shady and calm. Outside the tent it was not. Outside the tent was the rest of Anjuna Market... Anjuna Market is a huge, chaotic, bustling. sprawling outdoor market with hundreds of stalls and hundreds of people selling thousands of trinkets. It's overflowing with bits and pieces, wotsits and nicknacks, shoes and clothes, bangles and bracelets, CDs and pictures, cold drinks and hot food, brightly painted papier mache figurines with wobbly heads and...well, I expect you get the picture. There's a lot of choice. If you're a tourist hankering after a souvenir, it's a good place to hanker.
