Have to say I am really enjoying the Charleston South Carolina low country. Although I haven't got my studio properly set up for painting yet, I have been taking the opportunity to do some fishing and taking some shots to inspire me for future paintings. It is a beautiful place with wonderful people and tremendous fishing, not to mention the cuisine, which is amazing as well.
As an avid fisherman and sportsman Mike Savlen's work is a natural expression of his inner passion for the outdoors.
