Seven years ago I survived a serious attack on my life. During the year of physical and emotional recovery I did two drawings and found the activity both calming and fulfilling.
Four years ago I mustered the courage to enrol in art classes and continue to study under Danie de Wet and Gillian Taylor of Studio Collective in South Africa.
