We often rent a cottage in the Haliburton Highlands and while there one of my favorite passtimes is canoeing on the lake or rivers. This pointilism drawing was done with a .005 and a .05 micron pen with black pigment ink. We were on Red Stone Lake and after my morning workout I puled the canoe onto the beach by the dock. As I had my coffee I began to sketch the scene which looked so peaceful and scerene.
