This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

About Alison Galvan
Biography Interviewed by a local newspaper, a collector gives his impressions of Artist Alison Galvan and her work: She laughs. Heartily, and often. Its no wonder, the art she conceives is meant to elicit a smile.....Thats the crux of who she is and her art, to make people laugh, to be uplifting.
