This award winning painting captures the joyful circular movements and flowing white dresses, lit by the flickering lantern light. I can almost here the Spanish guitars and feel the rhythm of their music.It was accepted into the prestigious Bourrough & Chapin Musem Show, and won a Best in Show at a gallery show in Myrtle Beach.
About Barbara Jung
Barbara Ann Jung Artist Barbara Jung is a versatile artist with experience in many visual fields. Over the past 40 years she has won numerous regional and national awards as an artist, educator and interior and theatrical set designer, used on TV, opera and in community theaters, While having enjoyed working in oils and acrylics, Barbara’s passion is watercolor. Barbara attended Salve Regina University in Newport, RI and Westcon University in CT. She holds a BS & Masters in English, with minors in Art & Education. Her art instruction has included studies with Guggenheim instructors at Vermont’s Bard College, and with recognized artists, Sterling Edwards, CWSAP, and AWS member, Frank Webb.
