This print is a topographical image of Central Florida. Tampa Bay is seen in the bottom left, Cape Canaveral is to the right. Orlando is just to the right of the larger lake (Lake Apopka) in the center of the image, and if you know where to look you can see Disney's Seven Seas Lagoon!
