Another Chianti valley. Having spent some time painting various lacations in Italy, I like the Tuscany region for its mixed landscape terrain. From hills to the valleys it offers the visitor an abundant choice of things to see and explore. I am always trying to create the perfect picture that shows the feeling of all this but so far have not come up with what I consider that image. This Italian scene with its winding roads and small village speaks of the Tuscany that many know but somehow still doesn't speak to me elequently enough of this vision so I guess I'm going to have to keep trying to create that perfect Tuscan landscape to decorate my wall decore with.
