Watercolor art print of the skyline of Christchurch, New Zealand
Art and design has interested me since an early age. Art classes were the one lesson at school I genuinely looked forward to every week. After school and university I had the fortune to be able continue my passion in art and design, working as a senior designer at Conde Nast Publications in London. After an exhilarating 12 years I bid farewell to my job and England, moving to the south of Spain. I now dedicate myself full time to my artistic pursuits in the tranquil and idyllic surroundings of a Mediterranean coastal village. My main artistic focus is on City Skylines and Maps. Despite never having considered myself a trendsetter, I am proud to be known as the artist who started not one, but two global trends - namely abstract...

Hi Michael - I am intrigued and love your art work on the Christchurch nz skyline. If I can just take a moment of your time . My husband and I are currently getting our house re built from the earth quake that happened 5 years ago. We are now approx 8 weeks from moving in . I am trying to make our new house meaningful. Mainly because - one I am thankful And blessed my family are alright , (a primary school friend I knew died in the CTV building and my nephews boss also died on the port hills ) so I very much value and appreciate life and have empathy towards all cantabarians . If it was not due to the earthquake and devastation that hit new Brighton hard my house would never have been rebuilt. I also lost my dad two years ago which naturally saddens me as he will never see the new chch nor my house - I know he would be so proud of me and that he is guiding me from above. One crazy idea I had is I have been searching for a picture to represent what chch meant to me so that I could transform this as my splash back in my kitchen. Your art of the skyline of christchurch has caught my attention , it was exactly the type of thing I was after - something meaningful - inspiring, . and captured as it was . It is historically chch past with a touch of modern art . I see your picture being a topic point and the main attraction of the opening living kitchen area . It will be art in its own sense. Is there any chance I can discuss with you - if there is any possibility at all that you would consider allowing me to use your art ? I would have to have the picture in high def at least 3 mega bites fitting a dimension of 750x2320. I do appreciate this is a random message and out of the box. Again sorry for disturbing you but thank you for taking the time to read this. I do appreciate and hope that I do hear from you . Thank you Kind regards Corina
