Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. This is the view from Naval Square looking downtown Philly. I called it "City Blocks" because I liked the idea of showing the buildings as blocks of color. Like the blocks you would play with when you were a kid.
About Marita McVeigh
Marita�s interest in art began after leaving her career in International Banking to raise her family. (in the 1980�s) After receiving a set of oil paints as a birthday gift from her husband and experimenting with them she instantly knew that she wanted to have this creative outlet in her life. She began taking adult education classes in painting and drawing where she met artist Ellen Hall who encouraged her talents. She has been painting and studying with Ellen Hall and the Ivyland Art Group since 1995; in addition she enrolled at Montgomery County Community College majoring in Fine Arts.
