About the Image

City - Chattanooga TN - 1943 - The Masonic Temple - BOTH by Mike Savad

Chattanooga, TN - 1943 - After my grandparents left this earth, we were able to go through their belongings, besides the piles of photos, I found out my grandfather was a 32nd degree mason, and while that sounded impressive, it starts at 33 degrees, and I was no long impressed. Anyway to make a short story long, he shot this. I liked it enough to recolor it, because I like these old time photos, and it's nice to think that it might have looked like this. The building, as far as i can tell, doesn't exist any more, because I sure can't find it.

About the Artist - Mike Savad

Mike Savad

Fun fact, The Mad Hatter, loved art. Sure he made fun creations all to be worn on the head, but what he really loved more than hats, was art. Hats are for heads, Art is for Hearts. But one can't go around saying that out loud or it might confuse the queen. So we keep the art where it can be found, in my home, to be seen by guests during tea time. http://www.MikeSavad.com My name is Mike Savad, I create one of a kind creations. Photo realistic is what people think of first. There are many themes, flowers, porches, and local Suburban Scenes, some city, some urban. I also have many Job inspired images that cover quite a range of titles. If you're looking for a gift for your Pharmacist, Doctor, Dentist, Lawyer, Barber, Gardner, Fireman...
