About the Artist

Emily Michaud

Emily Elizabeth Michaud loves art. She has a BA in Fine Art from Regis College and is certified to teach elementary school. She enjoys working with various media and trying new techniques. She captures as much of nature as she can on her digital camera. She likes to mimic the masters, particularly the impressionists and also makes her own creative works. She uses her imagination and also the subject matter that surrounds her; her family, pets, places they visit, the pretty little New England town she lives in and the wonderful things her family grows on their little farm to work from. She obtains a great deal of inspiration from other artists on Fine Art America and welcomes all kinds of feedback.
