I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
Kawasaki disease. Coloured angiogram (X-ray) of abnormal coronary arteries in a child suffering from Kawasaki disease. The large aorta artery (yellow) forms a loop, which appears to end at centre where this artery exits from the heart (not visible). At this point, small coronary arteries are visible coming off the aorta. These coronary arteries are abnormal and weakened in that they bulge into balloon shapes (aneurysms) along their lengths. Kawasaki disease is a childhood illness between ages 1-2 years. Fever, swollen lymph nodes and a rash occurs. Coronary artery disease (seen here) may also occur with heart complications, and some cases result in heart failure and death.
