I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

I am a self-taught artist; from a small town in the North Idaho Panhandle; Priest River. I prefer to draw portraits; but I find that if I can conceptionalize it, I can put it to paper. My medium is pen and ink, on penatalic paper and I prefer technical pens. My style is unique in that I combine pointillism and line art (dot and slash) to produce my finished product. I find the style reproduces well and can be resized with little or no issue. I started drawing portraits while performing historical research, attempting to produce images from descriptive materials, and artist renderings of historical figures, it should be understood that many early likenesses can only be viewed through the work of artists of that day.
