About the Image

Dance of the Bokeh by Steven Poulton

This Image is looking through the trees as sunlight dances its way towards us. The use of the name Bokeh in photography usually always means to be about how the background looks, What the out of focus areas look like. I created this piece of work to show how other types of Bokeh can play a major part in Image design, The types of Bokeh that are rarely talked about and even more rarely put to use to create digital art. This Image is yes about out of focus Bokeh, but far more importantly from my perspective is how light can create beautiful living Bokeh. I've endevered with this Image to bring Bokeh to life, to show how light can dance It's way towards us, living light dancing through the trees.
