Artist's Description
Many moons ago I had a fascination with city lights (and I still do). There is something calming about the lull and still of night, even in the city where there is always a 'night light'. In this illustration it's a bit of a play on the setting sun and rising sun...you decide which...or two moons in another imaginary place.
About Julia and David Bowman
Julia, and her husband David, founded a creative journey in 2002 after she performed as Art Director and Graphic Designer for both commercial and non-profit organizations in the Washington DC area. She earned her BAFA in graphic design from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Julia has gained extensive experience with event collateral, publications, identity packages, and annual reports. Her illustrations have been showcased in book and calendar covers, publications, event collateral and children's products.
