Love it!!!
A dentists chair found in a long foreboding corridor with arched windows on both sides. Light beams piercing through the darkness to reveal the strange scene. A dark room at the end of the corridor with an open door revealing a faint light from a window in the distance.

A nice study in degradation. Like many of us, you manage to find an odd beauty in abandoned and dilapidated structures. And you strike a beautiful balance between a symmetrical, receding room composition and asymmetrical lighting, plus the old chair set to one side. I sense a bit of HDR editing here, but if so, you handle it perfectly, bringing out a bit more detail in the walls and floor without sacrificing the deep shadows that add to the mood of the scene.
