Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. Artist's Description
Genetic engineering. Computer artwork representing genetic engineering showing a molecule of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) being cut by a pair of scissors. The scissors represent an enzyme which is used to cut DNA. A DNA section (at centre left) will be added in its place. DNA contains the inherited instructions necessary for the development of a living organism. It consists of two helical strands joined by bases (blue bars) which form the genetic code. Here, a new section of DNA, perhaps a gene coding for a hormone such as insulin, is being spliced into the DNA. Genes such as this are needed to treat people who lack them through a process called gene therapy.
