We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?

I love this metal print. The picture is crisp and colors are clear. We live in the Detroit area and my husband used to sell vegetables at Ester Market when he was in college.
Artist's Description
Another in my "Sea Stories" collection in the "Down to the Sea in Ships" series.
I think of the journey each of us is on...our own personal quest for peace,
for truth, for wholeness...the journey of self-discovery -
and it takes me to the sea. . .
Ships and the sea have always had tremendous symbolic meaning for me. I know I've lived before in the age of the tall ships, of daring exploration. I MUST GO DOWN TO THE SEAS AGAIN . . .
I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky,
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by
And the wheel's kick and the wind's song and the white sail's shaking,
And a grey mist on the sea's face and a grey dawn breaking. . .
I must go do...

My one regret is that having lost the battle with leukemia, I have to let go of something so special to me. I won't say goodbye - just may your lives be blessed as you have blessed mine." ARJUN L SEN
What a stunning painting, supported by the luminous poetry of the great John Masefield. This painting is in the grand tradition of Turner and nineteenth century greats. Far above the crowd of entertainjng trinkets we generally see, however skilled, this painting is more than a paintin, it is a form of worship, of spirituality.
Lianne Schneider replied:
Dear Arjun - I know it's been months since you left this exquisite comment and I don't mean this in any untoward way, but it's like a "love letter" in the sense that it expresses what is in my heart about this entire series and it touches me so deeply, more than I could ever say that you can put that into words. Thank you is totally inadequate.
