Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

It is now the non-profit conservancy working with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation to make sure the High Line is maintained as an extraordinary public space for all visitors to enjoy. In addition to overseeing maintenance, operations, and public programming for the park, Friends of the High Line works to raise the essential private funds to support more than 90 pe...
I am a Brooklyn based photographer and I specialize in street photography. I also travel and capture the people around me, culture, food, nature and landscapes. Other online venues are Etsy, Facebook, Tumbler and Flickr where I post a photo a day. Other pursuits of mine are gardening, cooking and playing with my 6 grandchildren. Crazy cat lady is a term I have to answer to. My previous profession was activist and political organizer....
