This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
A Mounted Shooting competitor successfully hits the target at the 2012 End of Trail competition. Mounted shooting events are similar to other timed rodeo events. Competitors dress in cowboy attire dating from modern rodeo garb back to the old west era. The courses of fire consist of 10 elevated balloon targets of various color combinations. After holstering the first revolver, they engage the last five targets in the "rundown". Ammunition is made from black powder and the rounds are blanks. Courses of fire are designed to test rider's ability to control their horses at various speeds, while making lead and direction changes similar to those in barrel racing. Both speed and accuracy are important to a competitor's success. END of TRAIL, located at Founders Ranch in New Mexico, is the annual World Championship of Single Ac...
About Priscilla Burgers
I was born and raised in the Metropolitan New York City area of New Jersey but have lived in Arizona for forty years. After retiring from high school counseling and teaching, I discovered the joy of photography and digital art. Although I strive to get the shot right in the camera, I enjoy the artistic and creative aspects of working with image editing programs. Capturing the beauty of God's creation with landscape photography was my first passion. I thank God for his creations and that I am fortunate enough to see and capture a part of them with my camera. I have also come to enjoy many other facets of photography, such as wildlife, American Western, farm, church, and ghost town photography. I take great pleasure in traveling and...
