The Natchez Trace Parkway runs from Nashville, Tennessee, to Natchez, Mississippi. It's a lovely drive any time of year, but in the fall it's magnificent. The fading glory of the brilliant tree contrasts with the permanence of the stone fence.

I was about ten when I was given a Kodak Brownie Box Camera and I've enjoyed taking photos ever since. Mainly landscapes and wildlife -- I'm constantly amazed at the beauty of Creation. I spent my early years as a photo-journalist and earned extra income through wedding photography, but my greatest enthusiasm is for natural scenes.
