Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Artist's Description
Print of Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, DiMaggio enjoying a game in Foreverland, so to speak. just an affectionate piece I did, commissioned by FOX Sports for use on the 2008 All Star Game, but never made it on air. Not a poster--I printed 25 of these myself, hand cutting the large sheets of Arches acid free paper, 90lb hot press, hand feeding each one into the printer and modifying the settings on each ne so that each print is slightly different in tone and color hue.
About Robert Myers
Robert Myers was born in San Francisco and raised there and in Chicago. He attended Tulane university, California College of Art, Otis College of Art & design. He has illustrated for Playboy, Sport, Disney adventures magazine, AutoWeek and others. He illustrated "Come Back Alive" for Doubleday (Random House). He also illustrated "Surfer Girl-A guide to the surfing life" by Sanoe Lake, published by Little Brown. Myers paintings at first concentrated on oversize baseball cards from the 1950s. He showed these at OK Harris in New York in 1989. He showed more of thes in Los angeles at Art Dimensions and Sports and Entertainment Gallery. Moved by the outrageousness of the OJ Simpson trial, he produced a 13 panel work consisting of 6' x3'...
