Two beautiful statues set the age old welcome to Saint Augustine Village, also known as the Dow Museum, on the corner of Cordova and Bridge Streets in St. Augustine. There are 9 houses there built between 1790 and 1910. It is believed to be the site of the first hospital in the country and where the slaves were freed in Florida.
Phil King is a former Air Force base photographer, where he did support services for the SR-71, the fastest plane in the world. He taught photography at the State University of New York and has worked as a photojournalist for many concerts, newspapers and magazines.
