I found myself at a crossroad, I am getting older and still chasing my childhood dream. When I sat down to paint this, I wanted to express this thought without saying a word. Had I passed up the roses, am I still on the right path and do I ever find out what is around the bend, they were all thoughts as I painted. When completed, what I had was something that,in every way, summed up my life. To take the chance and walk around bend is life, its choices and ones own curiosity to understand.
