English fruit, herbs and red watercress all combined to make a floral platter. Not only were they beautifully decorative, I then got to eat and cook with the components later on too!

Like many, my interest in photography was sparked as a child by my parents; both of whom were keen amateur photographers. I had a choice between being bored as they took forever to get from a to b taking pictures of anything and everything or join them. My parents were wise to this and ensured that I was equipped with a camera early on.
There was then a prolonged gap when I left home, where I took hardly any photographs at all. Then came the digital age and my interest was rekindled.
So here I am now, since getting a D-SLR my camera and I have been pretty much inseparable. I have been on a voyage of discovery: relearning techniques long forgotten and others never before experienced.
