Artist's Description

Fruit Bearing - Original photographic artwork by Heidi Smith. There's something truly magical about a grapevine. The grapes are mostly hidden behind the large leaves. Last year my grape harvest was virtually nonexistent, because the backyard critters consumed them. This year we have a love of a cat in the yard. He's a sweetheart, but a little on the feisty side, so the critters are staying away. I love going outside when the evening begins to cool to check on the grapes. I see changes in them every day.

Although a little intimidated, I then ventured into the world of digital photography and I've never looked back. My passion is nature. I started out primarily photographing flowers, plants, and critters that I would find in my garden. I love gardening and the great outdoors. I am always planning my next adventure, and I'll always have my camera in hand. I'm already...
