Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. Artist's Description
These compressed layers on the walkway at Second Valley are fascinating to a photographer. Daily dozens of tourist blithely walk by them on the way to the rocks and the site where the boat sheds once stood. In a way it's a pity the boat sheds are gone - they were a vital part of the 'Cornish' look of the village. I was first shown Second Valley in 1973 on a visit from London & I fell in love! The coastline, the beach & the village reminded me so much of my favourite holiday spots in the UK - The Lizard, Helford River & Penzance in Cornwall.
About Garry Benson
Garry Benson is a cinematographer, photojournalist, lecturer and artist who has worked in film, television and published media in Australia, SE Asia and Europe for many years. Highlights of his career include the Lost Roman City Expedition to Western China (during the Tiananmen Square crisis) in 1989; a six week trek to Everest Base Camp in 1991; and working on & contributing to the Ara Irititja digital database for the Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara pedople of Central Australia since the 1980s. He recently returned from six weeks in Amsterdam, Paris, the Dordogne and Provence and undertook a two week Buddhist pilgrimage to India in April 2013.
