This is the entrance to the sprawling Dumbarton House estate in Washington, D.C. It is reportedly one of the places Dolley Madison stayed when she fled a burning White House during the War of 1812. Dumbarton House (not to be confused with the nearby Dumbarton Oaks estate) was built around 1800 and is an example of Federal-style architecture (not that you can see the house from this skyward view). If you wish to go to Dumbarton House for a night or two as Dolley did, It is located on Q Street in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
