This painting makes me happy!! The colors are really fun and, like his other pieces I own, expertly painted. I want to live in this cottage and walk into the ocean. Ordered it on canvas - well executed. Thank you for the smiles!

About Bob Nolin
My passion is Realism, especially close up, with lots of detail. Each painting is a labor of love, and can take from 20 to 75 hours to complete. I've been working full time as an artist since 2004, and attended several art schools in the early 1980's. My work has won awards at the local and national level, and has been published in "American Artist" and "International Artist" magazines. I live near Pittsburgh, PA with my wife, two teenagers, and a small menagerie of animals. Please don't bother using the email form. I don't accept emails from Fine Art America visitors. Thanks.

Margaret - Thanks for taking time to let me know you like my work. That means a lot to me! More duckies coming soon!

Juan - Thanks for the kind words! Nice to hear from someone who knows that this is really a painting and it took a lot of time and effort. I'm planning to start approaching print publishers and greeting card companies soon, once I beef up the portfolio a bit more. Publishers don't care how the image was created, mostly. Some still don't seem to know about digital art, though. Once you get a tablet your whole world will change! I promise! They make some decent cheaper ones now. A Bamboo might be good to start with. Good luck! Macs rule, btw.

Bob, I loved your picture profile, and when I investigated I loved the full image even more!
