About the Image

Great Grandmother Adora by Patricia Taylor

PRIVATE COLLECTION. I painted this from very old photos and added color to liven up this lovely lady. Adora Jordan West Clark (1852-1919), decended from Georgia's earliest Methodist families, was a Renaissance woman who lived life! Adora was born into a priviledged Southern life. Patricia Taylor

http://www.unveilingjourney.com/ I'm retired and I love it! I paint and write the memories of my life...and in doing so, I create new memories! At age 73, there's lots to remember. Patricia is a U.S. citizen who lived, traveled, and studied in Japan, Europe, and the Middle East at different times in her life. Currently she is a full time artist and writer...
