mirindareynolds.com bio- MIRINDA POWERS REYNOLDS, artist Resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia Raised in Salem, Virginia Painting Mirinda Reynolds, an established Fredericksburg muralist since 2007, creates public art and teaches ages 3-11 in an independant school. Her public murals surround the city on the north and east corridors on Route 3 at the Chatham Bridge, Sophia Street, and Princess Anne Street. As well, she teaches private lessons one hour north of Richmond at Fredericksburg Academy and Art Time 4 Kids.
