Hang In There by Debi Pople depicts a darling three-toed sloth. With his lazy eyes and sweet expression, you can't help but smile with him. This watercolor painting incorporates resist techniques using salt and alcohol for a tie dye effect. Although playful in style, this work is strong in composition and execution. This piece is the latest addition to a new series, hoping to become part of a children's book. Please see the other works in this series so far... "I'll Have the Fly," "Good Morning," "Richard Parker," "Say Cheese," "Go Sit in Time Out," "Splish Splash," "Spotted," "Pleasant Dreams," and "Night, Night."
