This is a fully hand painted digital image from photograph of my son's pup. Yeah. She is (was at that time but still is) this cute! The love of my heart.

Why digital and not "real"? I am a "green" artist. I had my share of oil and tempera (my favorite mediums) for a number of years in my youth but as my children were born I realized how much toxic materials I am working with! I now paint nearly exclusively digitally. The effect is nearly the same without harming the environment as intensely as oil paint does. I also prefer to not kill trees if I don't have to. I hope you agree that art remains art regardless if digital or oil on canvas or paper.
