This painting is the seventh piece from an improvisation series i did many years ago. It's one of my most colorful series and i believe it shows on this specific artwork. I begin with a color that will attract me and maybe i will draw a line or paint a geometrical or not shape. This becomes the stepping stone for the next form and thus a chain of forms is created that becomes the artistic result, a new situation, a story of colors, a new discussion between the elements of the artistic alphabet.
Lazaros was born in 1980 in the greek town of Ioannina. He is half cypriot.
His first contact with art was in the local artistic workshop, where he became a student of the known painter Eleni Botsiou.
He studied Painting in the School of Fine Arts of Athens, in the workshop of professor Anastasios Christakis. He graduated in September 2005.
