The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

This is my painting of famed Banzai Pipeline on the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii -- where the Big surf is. This is a dangerous area and many surfers have died here, which is why I have painted a "surfer spirit" in the clouds! The Original Oil Painting is available directly from the Artist.
About Jerome Stumphauzer
I am a self-taught artist and have been painting in oils for many years. At the same time my photography has developed following the same principles of composition and color. Much of my work has a "save the environment" theme and my inspiration comes from nature and visions of light and color. My interest in art began in the 5th grade with a remarkable teacher who, along with all the other subjects, made time for art and music every day.
