Helios (Ἥλιος Hēlios, Latinized as Helius; Greek: Ἠέλιος in classic dialect) was the personification of the Sun in Greek mythology. Homer often calls him Titan or Hyperion, while Hesiod and the Homeric Hymn separate him as a son of the Titans Hyperion and Theia (Hesiod) or Euryphaessa (Homeric Hymn) and brother of the goddesses Selene, the moon, and Eos, the dawn. Ovid also calls him Titan. I’ve studied Film Direction and Photography at the School Of Visual Arts, New York ,from 1991-1995 and I work in that field ever since. “Painting with Light” is one a unified work in itself, in which every work has an autonomy of its own. In a every picture,one can sees n feel,human n non human figures, silhouettes, happenigs,movements,states…in which originate from the way I see, expierience and feel the world around me. I use different techniques to achieve the result I want. Water, ice, colors,spices,chemicals, are mixed together and sometimes in their own, in which at the same time illuminated by different n strong light sources.
