Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

A blend of two of my own images, the bear and the meadow grasses and wild flowers, both taken on Blue Knob mountain with the Nikon D300. The bear was taken with the Sigma OS 150-500mm lens at 500mm, and the meadow grasses were taken with the 18-200mm vr Nikon lens. My thanks to SolStock for the texture.

Outstanding capture,Lois. Your picture title is also the title of Michael Moore's new book. Outstanding that this is a shot taken in the wilds, haven't been as lucky to get big carnivores out in the wilds. When I see them I'm usually without a camera- like a cougar mother and her cub strolled no more than 20 feet away one morning out on the edges of town ( Canon City, CO ) where I was living at the time.
