About the Artist - Annette Hugen

Annette Hugen

Bird-watching was the spark that ignited my interest in photography. I soon realized that I wanted to do more than just look at the birds through binoculars; I wanted to capture their beauty so that I could see them time and time again! As my love for photography grew I began to get involved in many different branches of photography. Eventually my hobby became work and it was no longer enjoyable. It was time to re-evaluate my life and where I was going with my photography. As a result, I am once again happily picking up my camera and recording the intricate details found in nature and the wonders of the world around me.
