I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.

Artist's Description
As long as the flame is still lit, one can still repair. As long as there is still a spark, one can still revive. Or as long as there is still life, there is still hope.
I painted this work of art not to portray a candle but to give over the concept of hope. I've painted the background black and the candle - and even the glow - in muted tones to portray a dark situation, and perhaps despair, and in vivid contrast I've painted the flame in the most vivid tones of orange, yellow, and red, along with the even brighter spark showing at the end of the wick to portray that the situation is not hopeless.
Note: this is not intended to be a realistic painting, rather to give over a message. Although it is painted in a realistic style, I've intentionally painted some details unrealistic, and perhaps exaggerated and slightly asymmetrical for interest and to give it an artistic touch.
About Menucha Citron
I was born and grew up in a small town in New Jersey in May, 1989. I learned art in Madison Art School in New Jersey. I have been drawing since I was able to lift a crayon without eating it...and I've always shown creativity and artistic skill. My passion for photography came when I received my first proper camera as my 12th birthday / bat mitzvah gift and couldn't be parted. Since then, I have improved my skill, taking care to notice the small details people tend to overlook, or to capture the larger picture in a manner others fail to see it. My drawing skills graduated from beautiful doodles and fun sketches all over my schoolwork to proper artwork in high school. My first proper art instruction came when we had a few art...
