About Canvas Prints

Corner Detail: Stretched canvas print with 1.5" stretcher bars and mirrored image sides.   Also available with black sides, whites sides, and 5/8" stretcher bars.

Bring your artwork to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print.   Your image gets printed on one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap).   All stretched canvases ship within 2 - 3 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails.

About the Image

HORYU-JI TEMPLE PAGODA - NARA JAPAN by Daniel Hagerman

There is no other Pagoda like this one. It is widely regarded to be one of the oldest wood structures in the world. The old-growth cedar center pole was determined by analysis to have been felled in 594. There are no nails, bolts or other modern fasteners holding the structure together. The finest joinery and materials have kept it standing down through the centuries despite location in one of the most sysmically active countries on earth. The pagoda is quite flexible although each story rises with accumulated tonnage. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a Japan National Treasure.

About the Artist - Daniel Hagerman

Daniel Hagerman

As a youth, I was constantly drawing, painting, and experimenting in fine arts. Also, I had a strong interest in architecture. Today, I enjoy photography, history, drawing and painting. I labored over 25 years in a pre-World War II aluminum mill, some of the time on catwalks above two-thousand degree, electrically charged molten metal. At the height of my career the plug was pulled when various globalist financiers ravaged the company. In my mid-40s, I returned to college and re-educated as a computer network engineer. I currently work for local government. My wife is a Kyoto, Japan native, so I have photographed that area extensively and some of that will probably show up in my work here. Thank you for stopping by, and I wish...
