Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

The original is a batik on cotton. Iargo Springs is a wonderful place in Oscoda, Michigan. The water flows right out of the ground and into the Au Sable river. Native Americans called it a holy place. I love to go here--even though it is 297 steps to get to the bottom! Going down is the easy part....
I was lucky to have 2 parents who encouraged their children --no matter what we wanted to do. I was encouraged to follow art from a very early age. I remember drawing at age 6, classes at 9. My Mom made sure I was went to the high school with the best art department in our area. I Graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit with a major in Printmaking. I learned the art of batik while in high school. I played with it off and on for the last 30 years or so. The technique uses wax as a resist and dye baths. I use several dyeing methods to achieve my artworks. Sometimes I paint it on, splash it on, vat dye, low water dye, the list is endless.
