Country fairs are a New England tradition. While enjoying a fall fair in Maine I photographed this piece in one of the barns. This steer may have been in a pulling contest or judged for appearance--- I don't know , but I thought him to be a gorgeous specimen. This photograph was processed using an oil paint process and texture was also applied.
