Charles Jos Biviano

Charles Jos Biviano is a noted American Painter living in Richmond, Virginia. Jos received his Bachelor of Arts from the Virginia Military Institute in 1979, and subsequently entered military service as a commissioned officer where he traveled and experienced the world. After military service, Jos received his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and pursued a career as a designer where he specializes in total environmental design.
