Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

I almost left my camera behind because it was raining as we left the car. We completed the entire trail around the lake in the mist, and it felt like we were next to an ocean at times because we often couldn't see to the other side. The experience was subdued and peaceful. Looking at photos online of Jordan Pond, I realize now that I don't really know what the "pond" and surrounding hills look like, but I think I prefer the misty views we had that day.
In 2005, I attended a photography exhibition that inspired me to pick up a camera again. I bought my first digital camera soon after, and now I integrate photography into my love for travel, food, and the outdoors to explore textures, colors, and light.
