This is Mario Pomerantz who is a Judaica artist, at a very popular Artist Market on Nachalat Benyamin street, which is off the very busy and popular Allenby street in Tel Aviv. Right beside it there is Shuk Hakarmel, which is a very very old(probably as old as Tel Aviv herself) Shuk or outdoor market of fresh produce.
The Artist Market is 200 artists who display there twice a week. Every single bus with tourists ends up here. Every tourist coming to Israel knows about this place, from colorful brochures in every hotel in Israel.
