About the Artist
Karen Young, is a nationally known artist in the stationery and gift industry. Her prolific collections of whimsical imagery and bold graphic prints are sold in specialty retailers. Karen has also been commissioned by private, non-profit, and entertainment figures. She started her company Loose Petals in San Francisco, when the cottage industry of wholesaling hand crafted art imerged. She is a classically trained artist and earned her Bachelorís Degree in art from Oregon State. Today she hand draws her creations digitally.
