Andi Bird

Born in Chicago, I have been creating since the age of five. Heavily influenced by my mother who was a fashion illustrator for the Chicago Daily News. and my father who worked as an art director at Foote Cone & Belding advertising agency and a renown sculptor, I was heading in an artful direction. I pursued education at the Art Institute of Chicago, and have a BFA in illustration from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh PA. I was drawn at an early age to fabric design, which lead to years of working in the fashion and giftware industries. My husband and I reside in Sausalito California and Langley BC Canada.
